    Ian assists B.C. post-secondary institutions implement ongoing enhancements to our Connector system and the services using it: ApplyBC, CoursesBC, MyCreditsBC, electronic transcript exchange and federated identity management. He is also helping institutions implement BCcampus shared services.

    Lauri manages the day-to-day operations for ApplyBC, CoursesBC, MyCreditsBC, Transcript Exchange and Collaborative Program/Course Delivery, as well as overseeing the helpdesk. Her role includes building awareness about these services, and acting as a liaison with BC's public post-secondary institutions that use them.

    As an executive member of the Steering Committee for Educational Technology Users Group (SCETUG), Leva works with the Chair and Committee to organize the annual ETUG Fall and Spring workshops and the BC Educational Technology Award programs. She also serves as steward for the ETUG online community.
